Excellent advice!

I wear a certain piece of jewelry when I am having a bad day. This is my nonverbal clue to my friends, family, and coworkers that I might not be myself that day.

I agree, this is really good advice. But one that has certainly taken me a long time to be able to practise. Happily the blog world and things like facebook help maintain social activity without the physical strain.
